Olaplex Shampoo and Conditioner Set – Repairing Bleached Hair

[Ad – Gifted Products] Since I started dying my hair, I sort of went through some name-brand shampoos and conditioners that I had heard of, that I knew where good for colored hair. I settled on one and didn’t think much of it, but as I continued to dye my hair I started getting it bleached. Adding dye is one thing, adding in bleach to the mix is a completely different thing – so it was time to find a shampoo and conditioner that could offset the natural damage of bleaching. I tried out Olaplex Shampoo and Conditioner which really seems to have fixed up a lot of my issues.

I was getting my fringe and the underside of my hair bleached, with slowly my fringe starting to get frizzy and sort of… harsh in the way that it was staying after a few washes. The Olaplex Shampoo and conditioner set focuses on bond maintained, working to prevent breakage and frizz quickly, as both of these products are a very concentrated formula, so it does make a difference after just one wash.

I was honestly blown away after my first wash, and have continued to use the Olaplex shampoo and conditioner for the last few weeks, which has done wonders for my hair. As I do have colored hair, I wasn’t sure if I was going to see more color bleedage then normal, but this shampoo and conditioner worked perfectly and kept my color quite crisp. This shampoo and conditioner is much thicker than previous ones that I have used – so you do not need much at all – and it lathers really well. There isn’t a huge scent either – it’s got notes of ginger, sugared mint, and sage.

Olaplex shampoo and conditioner is vegan and dermatologist tested, so it’s something you can very much trust. I also tested out the Olaplex bonding oil, which brings more shine and softness to your hair, while taming frizz. It’s absolutely a must have when traveling, in my opinion, for a little boost.
