[Ad – Gifted Products] I often have my camera with me wherever I go. It’s just become a staple as I do love taking pictures. Robin, who is very much like a mini-me, also likes having a camera. The Photo Creator Waterproof Camera is one such camera that feels fantastic for younger ones, as it’s super durable, and being water proof – it is perfect for holidays and beach trips.
In the summertime, we often go to the beach quite a few times. Robin got super pumped about the idea of bringing her Photo Creator Waterproof Camera, which came with an SD card and is easy to charge using a USB-C cable. I felt really happy that there was an SD card in it, as often these are the little things that I forget. I popped in the SD card, charged it up, and then in the swim bag with some of her swim toys it went. When we got to the beach, it was super easy for her to turn on and start snapping pictures.
The Photo Creator Waterproof Camera does both recorded video and also pictures, which is fun for her as she wanted to record videos of the little crabs that we spotted and take pictures under the water of the various shells. The durability of this is also very good, as there were moments when Robin had let go of the camera into the water, and it wasn’t broken from smashing on the ground or rocks. The screen itself is a little hard to focus, but there are tons of different filters and colors that you can add to the photos, so that they look more interesting. The photos aren’t super high quality, but there are a few different options and they do extremely well for a digital children’s camera.
I do feel this camera would benefit from having a sort of strap that you could add onto your wrist, as younger ones might have trouble holding onto this camera with all of the excitement of having it. With that said, that was our only complaint! Robin had a great time snaping pictures and having a fun time at the beach, and the camera captured some lovely moments and didn’t break despite being put in sand and under water.
