Pretty Suds Pokemon Bath Bomb Box

We have had Pretty Suds bath bomb boxes previously and they have always been a hit in our household. Pretty Suds is a UK-based small business where they hand craft each of the bath bombs, changing scents and themes often. They have a different new box featured each month, which then sticks around for a bit, before disappearing. This box was Pokemon themed. As we are all big fans of Pokemon Go and the Pokemon Series generally, we were pretty pumped to find some Pokemon bath bombs! All of these bath bombs were massive – none of them fit in our bath bomb jar – so just a bit of a warning, you could easily split them in half and use them in two baths.

Jigglypuff Bath Bomb

Jigglypuff, as one would have guessed, is a pink bath bomb with blue painted eyes and little ear details. This bomb was super large, creating a light pink bath when used. The eyes were painted with ore detail then the picture on the website – which was nice to see. The scent was pink lemonade, which was sweet and quite nice.

Gengar Bath Bomb

Gengar is a pretty iconic Pokemon. He’s often featured in Japan along with Pikachu, as a DJ version or at erious pop-ups that happen there. This bath bomb was obviously purple, with red eyes painted on, along with a black and white mouth. It’s quite a chunky looking Gengar, but one that Robin and Amelia instantly knew! He looks a bit like he is up to mischief. He was a fizzy bath bomb with a grape scent.

Bulbasaur Bath Bomb

The Bulbasaur bath bomb from Pretty Suds had detailed eyes painted on, little toes, along with a smiling mouth showing off his little teeth. This bomb had the bulb on his back painted with shimmer paint, which Robin really enjoyed and made this her favorite bomb. It was watermelon scented and turned the water a lovely green. It’s probably my favorite bomb of the box too, because it’s so cute!

Charmander Bath Bomb

Charmander is another super popular Pokemon character, so it makes sense that he was in the box! His scent was marked as Berry Blast and smelled like mixed fruit – quite sweet. Charmander had quite a bit of painted details; his belly, eyes, nose, mouth and tail. The tail flame was a little bit glittery as well, having a bit of shimmer.

Pikachu Bath Bomb

Pikachu is the most iconic Pokemon out there, so it makes sense that there is a Pikachu bath bomb in the Pokemon Bundle. There were black details for Pikachu’s mouth, eyes and ears, though no details on their tail. They did have pink cheeks! The scent for Pikachu was Cola Cubes, which Robin really liked the smell of. This bomb actually had a green inside, which turned the bath completely green. Amelia was the one that ended up using it and was a little confused it was green, but decided that green is better than a yellow looking bath.

Overall, these Pokemon bath bombs from Pretty Suds were all good quality for the price, especially with how big they all were. The details on the bombs were much better than the pictures that were uploaded, which we were surprised with! They all seemed quite well made.
