The Grinchmas Bus Afternoon Tea experience is one that is ideal for those who love The Grinch or video games, and want to do something quite unique this holiday season! Though the Grinch himself isn’t onboard, this is an experiencer that really highlights the magic of the season.

[Ad- gifted experience] The Polka Theatre is our favorite children’s theatre to attend! We’ve been there quite a few times over the years – and it’s really designed with little ones in mind. There is a dress up area, a bunch of toys, and a reading area while you are waiting for your show to start. There is also an outdoor play area enclosed, and a cafe. We’ve loved exploring this area over the years and feel it really creates such a great atmosphere and makes this theatre feel like a community hub!
[Ad- gifted experience] Stick Man is a story book we’ve had in our household for quite some time and actually made it into our best Christmas Stories list. Stick Man is a bedtime story about a stick that gets lost, far away for it’s family, used in a bunch of different activities. Currently, with the run up to Christmas beginning, Stick Man has made it’s way to Leicester Square Theatre for families to enjoy.

Dann and I are really big fans of What We Do in the Shadows! It’s a funny TV series that doesn’t take itself too seriously, about vampires trying (and failing) to take over New York City. These vampires are funny, don’t really understand the modern world, and are just a joy to watch. I was super excited to hear that Four Quarters are hosting a What We Do in the Shadows themed Halloween Party at their Elephant and Castle location!
[Ad- gifted experience] Lee Valley have a bunch of different campsites all around our area! These campsites offer a variety of different ways to camp from pitching tents, to bringing your own caravan, to staying in cabins, cocoons or mini-homes on the property. We got the opportunity to stay in a cocoon at Lee Valley Campsite, Sewardstone. This little overnight getaway was one Dann and I booth took together, as a cocoon is a perfect place for two people to spend the night.
