I wasn’t sure if I was going to do this again this year! It was such a fun project, but at the same time, I got a little redundant with writing up my day each day. I also feel like we do a ton, and this really highlighted how much we do pack into our lives. I absolutely love having a packed life with so many adventures – Robin calls us an Adventure Family, and I wouldn’t have it any other way. In the end, I wanted to continue on and do another year, though I do have a feeling (and know for a fact) that this year is going to be a bit different to last, with so many fantastic plans in store. There is just so much going on, but I do love sharing our day to day in these sort of diary entries, each month. At the bottom of this post you can check out some fantastic bloggers who are also taking on this challenge, though some post weekly or even daily!

December came so quickly this year! It’s been a month of reflection, travel, lots of family time, and many, many seasonal events. We are a busy family, and I think I realized just how busy we are compared to others with this project. 2025 has been the best year of my life and I am so excited to see what 2026 has in store. Kai, Amelia and Robin have all grown so much in this year and all of them have made me so proud to be their parent. Onto 2026.

This month, we went from Autumn to Christmas feeling, both in our house and outside! We didn’t travel anywhere, but did get a lot of use out of being home. Dann and I had a lot of events this month, and we all did so many fun activities as a family. It’s been fun documenting each day, and I cannot believe the year is almost over. October started off at the end of our Amsterdam adventure! I then further travelled to Finland and Spain, which was mainly for work. October always feels like such a big change in the world, as everything physically looks so different. I spent a lot of the month celebrating Halloween, watching the leaves change color, and enjoying my family. We went to a bunch of pumpkin patches, celebrated Amelia turning 14, and had a lot of friends over.

September starts off strong, with Dann’s birthday right at the start (and all of his other birthday-related celebrations after it). This month did fly by, with a good mix of adventures, family outtings, and otherwise enjoying the start of the autumn season. We even travelled to another country this month, which is always such a fun time for us. As a part of Project 365, I wrote about each and every day in September, alongside a picture. Some bloggers – who you will find at the end of this post – post their Project 365 daily or weekly, but I post mine monthly as a big recap of the entire busy month.
