There are tons of different cheeses that claim to be infused with specific flavor notes, so we were thrilled to give Clawson Farms a try as we had not heard of their cheeses before. Clawson Farms was established in 1912 and has since made a name for themselves by creating award-winning Stilton and specialty cheeses. I must say, their packaging and naming is also fantastic, making for some great cheese for gifting!
