Taggeez Full Collection – Lots of Customization Options

[Ad – Gifted Products] Robin, who has always been a bit of a maximalist, has gotten into charms. We picked up some shoe charms from a farmers market a few months back, then got her a pair of Crocs to put them on, so when she saw that Taggeez had a full collection of stationary, accessories, and charm mystery packs, she wanted to try them out! This entire collection can be found at Tesco, where most of the items come in either bright pink or a vibrant blue. We checked out a few of these items for our Back to School Essentials.

Trying New Toys at BlogOn Family Fun Fest

As a blogger, who has children that love toys, we always try to get along to BlogOn and whatever event they are running each year. Eating Pancakes at The Breakfast Club

Dann and I often go to Brighton for various activities, and while there, are trying to eat at a bunch of the wonderful food places they have around. The Breakfast Club reminds me of an American breakfast joint, feeling like the highlight of America and their diner-era. As an American, I do like the nostalgia that these types of diners have, and all of their food is always so filling and delicious.

Exploring Colchester Castle Museum

[Ad- gifted experience] At the end of each year, Robin’s school has a massive, all classes trip where everyone in the school goes together to have a big, end of year experience. This is the second year that Dann and I both have been accepted as volunteers, welcome to enjoy the trip and day with Robin! It’s so much fun to get a day just with her and to see her interact with all of her school friends. She’s such a kind individual, and that really comes out when she’s in her school element. This year, the trip was to Colchester Castle Museum, which started outside the museum at the park.

Project 365 – August

August was a month of summer holiday, vacations, work trips, and so many visits with friends! We did our normal going out to Pokemon Go often, having people over far too much, and enjoying the sunshine. I do very much love the times that everyone is off school, especially when we have so much planned! At the end of the month, there were a few birthdays sprinkled in, so a lot to celebrate and enjoy. This post is a part of Project 365, where a bunch of bloggers take a photo every single day of the year, sharing a bit about their life. Some post weekly, some post monthly like me, and so post daily. You can check out a bunch of other bloggers who are taking part in this challenge at the end of this blog post.

August 1st – Off to the Beach

Today, we all really wanted to go to the beach! There is a Pokemon event happening that requires the seaside, which is a bonus, so I packed up lunch and we headed out in the afternoon. When we arrived, I set up our large beach blanket, which Dann just got, and it’s fantastic, then set out our food to enjoy. It was a pasta salad lunch, before we started looking for sea glass. Amelia is really interested in finding sea glass, and we got a huge container full today as there was just so many! Once she had her full of the sea glass and Robin was done playing in the sand, we were all ready to head to the arcade. There are lots of arcade at Southend-by-Sea, so we picked one and started exploring. Kai and Dann do a lot of the racing games while Robin, Amelia and I rushed around trying to earn tickets. We ended up with nearly 1500 tickets, so plenty to grab a bunch of prizes, before getting ice cream and heading home. Kai then went to the gym, we had dinner, and then hung out in the evening, playing Lambada with the girls before bed.
