Mushroom Hunting in Epping Forest | Wild About Autumn Challenge

We’ve always make an effort to make our way to a forest at the start of each November, especially as this year we have Halloween pumpkins to drop off into the forest so that animals can munch on them as a tasty treat. Getting your used pumpkins out into a forest is a great way to feed some wildlife that’s probably out searching for food at this time of year, especially as there isn’t much left on the forest ground.

November 2019 Goals – Decorations, Shopping, Fixing

It seems like sharing your goals for the month is a ‘thing’ on the internet, so here I am to tell you all about what I want to do this month. I do have a lot of lists, small goals, and things that I need to get done for work, but here I am going to be talking about goals that are not work related, that will be done this month in hopes of actually achieving them. I actually work a lot and spend quite a large amount of my time making sure all of my work is done. That, with housework and generally enjoying going out, really does mean that some basic stuff that I need to get done ends up getting pushed back. Hopefully, publishing what I wanted to get done will help it become achievable.

Christmas Shopping. Christmas is coming quickly! After doing a bit of shopping here and there, I am hoping to actually get all of this done before the end of November. We have so much planned next month, that having all of the shopping done and the presents wrapped but stored, will just mean we have more time to enjoy the December feel in the air. I also need to get all of the fancy Christmas cards that I send my family sent out, so that they actually arrive in time for Christmas. I normally send my dad a little gift too, so I’ll need to get right on that.

Mahogany Cutlery Set | Review

[Ad- gifted product] Single use plastic items are something everyone is cutting back on, especially with the removal of plastic straws from various fast food places. With the amount of plastic that is attempting to break down around the world, for those of us that grab something to eat while out, not using a plastic fork, knife, and spoon is a simple change that can make a big difference over time. The Mahogany Cutlery Set, a fork, knife and spoon made out of mahogany wood is a perfect item to throw into your bag and take around with you.

These can simply be rinsed off, or stored in a container that you can easily clean, allowing you to easily access some cutlery that you can use and take home to wash. As someone who does go out often and sometimes eats food with plastic cutlery, especially at events, it made a lot of sense for me to start carrying these – instead of grabbing the plastic cutlery, it’s easy to dig them out of my bag and use them in place of it. When I am at events or conventions, it’s a really lovely option.
