Calm Coffee CBD-Infused – Cold Brew | Review

[Ad- gifted product] We both have been getting more and more into coffee, having now purchased a little single coffee brewer and started making more coffee at home to drink. I really enjoy cold brew – I’m not a huge fan of drinking hot liquids as it makes me warm quite quickly and I much rather be of a colder temperature. When Calm Coffee reached out to offer some of their CBD-infused coffee, I figured why not. I’ve previously looked at some CBD-infused dark chocolate treats, so coffee would be fun!

Dann and I got two cans of each of their cold brew drinks; an Americano and a Caffe Latte which contained oat milk – the best kind of lactose free milk. Along with it, we got a bag of ground coffee to brew. One morning, we decided to try out these cans of drinks. Both of them had been stored in the fridge and were a good size, slightly smaller than an energy drink. The idea behind adding CBD-oil into coffee is to bring down the jittery feeling that comes with drinking too much coffee or drinking coffee too quickly, which does make a lot of sense.

Uh Oh Milo! The Impolite Imps – Children’s story book | Review

[Ad- gifted product] Reading story books before bed is something we’ve made a habit of in our household. With that in mind, we have been finding more and more books with positive messages to read to the children. When Uh Oh Milo! The Impolite Imps arrived, we were excited to have a new and quite funny book on our shelf. This story book aims to start a discussion about manners in younger children and about influence from other people in slightly older children.

A Day Out at the Natural History Museum London

During the half term, we decided to take the family out to the Natural History Museum in London. Most of the museums in London are free, though they are packed during the school breaks – it’s a good chance to get some learning into the break and have a day out with the kids! Getting to the museum was an easy journey, and though there was a bit of a queue, we lasted it with snacks and went right in. The Natural History Museum is one that could take several days to fully explore, but we spent some time in the Creepy Crawly bit, the Hall of Birds, Evolution of Humans and the Volcano area.

How to find a reliable lawyer

If you’ve had an accident, injury or loss that wasn’t your fault, you may be considering hiring a lawyer. Perhaps you want to find out about negligent security claims or you had a slip and fall in the workplace. But if you’ve never had to hire a lawyer before it can feel a little overwhelming, and you might not know where to start. Don’t worry. There are plenty of different ways to find a lawyer to suit you. So, what are they?

Recommendations

Just as you might ask a friend or relative for a recommendation for a day out, you should also ask for recommendations when looking for a lawyer. While you might not know of any immediate friends or family members who have previously used legal representation, there will undoubtedly be a friend of a friend or someone in your social circle who knows something. Personal recommendations can be useful because the person isn’t looking to gain anything, and so they will give an honest review. If they’ve been represented by the lawyer, they will be able to give an honest account of the process and if they weren’t happy with anything. Plus, if they know you personally they’ll have your best interests at heart and will want the best outcome for your case.

The Botanist – Unique Cocktails

[Ad- gifted experience] While in Reading, we ended up at the bar of The Botanist, through a slight mix up. Normally, a mix up is never the best situation, but as it happens, The Botanist is a wonderful venue with very unique and tasty drinks, which we were very excited to try. After our Day Out in London Bridge, finding ourselves with a couple of rounds of interesting drinks to taste sounded like a surprisingly great way to end our day.

We took the time to try a handful of the most unique and interesting cocktails on the menu and Dann tried a beer type he had not had before. These cocktails not only tasted delicious but also came in a variety of strange and intriguing glasses! We drank our drinks in rounds, so see the captions of pictures to know what drink goes with what name.
