Lush Halloween Bath Bomb Haul

We love bath bombs in our house, and as it’s spook season, we decided to pick up all of the Halloween bath bombs that lush has to offer! Some of these bath bombs have been around on previous years, while a few are new. We quite enjoyed them all, as we normally enjoy bath bombs – and Lush does a great job of making nice smells and interesting bombs. Let’s get into this years haul!

Punkin Pumpkin

The Punkin Pumpkin was the most visually appealing of the lot that we got, which looked very impressively like a giant pumpkin. This bomb smells quite like citrus and spices – featuring wild orange oil, sicilian red mandarin oil, lime oil and cinnamon leaf oil. It left our bath a brilliant shade of orange after fading into the water! It’s a classic, but a classic much worth picking up if your a fan of spooky bombs.

Lord Of Misrule

I honestly misjudged this bath bomb greatly. I saw it, and I saw the green, and I thought “wow, how boring” but when I popped it into the bath, the green faded to bits of red – almost bleeding within the bath bomb! It was creepy and really quite cool – my bath went from deep green to a blood red. The Lord of Misrule smelled earthy, with patchouli oil and black pepper – a great match – and a vanilla backdrop. It contains popping candy, wich is how it is able to melt and bleed the way it does!

Bat Art

Bat Art was one of the new ones that I was most excited for! A completely black, almost bat looking, glittery bomb that could turn your bath purple, blue and glittered! This bomb smells of mandarin oil, Sicilian lemon oil, sage and rosemary, which results in a really fresh and lovely smell. This bomb isn’t overwhelming and I really enjoyed the colorful bath that I was left with!

Monsters’ Ball

This bath bomb is probably my least favorite every year. Monsters’ Ball doesn’t feel much like a monster or like Halloween to me, and leaves your bath pink and blue, which isn’t really a Halloween color. With that said, the scent is love – a mix of different oils provide a smell that’s sweet but not too sweet – to take over your bath. Despite it not being that impressive, lots of people do like it as a Halloween treat.

Bewitched

This cat, I totally thought was a bath bomb when I ordered it, but upon closer inspection, it was a bubble bar! I am going to include it anyway. Our face on our Bewitched bar was not so perfect, but we loved it anyway. The bath was full of black and grey bubbles. with a sweet scent that felt lovely. You really don’t need a bomb if you use this bar in your bath as it really provides the whole package.

Overall, I really enjoyed this collection and was pleasantly surprised by the bombs I didn’t think I’d love.

This post is apart of our Blogtober series, all with a Halloween or Autumn theme.
