Would You Rather – Family Edition – Cute Conversation Starter

[Ad – Gifted Product] I feel kids always are asking questions! Would You Rather feels like a game everyone does, especially when in long car rides or at the dinner table when conversation falls. We got Would You Rather – Family Edition from Wicked Uncle, which has over 200 different, family friendly, would you rather questions (included a bunch of cards where you and your family can write your own).

It’s not exactly a board game, but we brought Would You Rather – Family Edition to our local Geek Retreat to tinker around with primarily while Dann read some longer rules to a different board game. These questions are easy to read and understand, giving conversation starters to the people playing! Our first question was ‘would you rather live in a house made of cheese or a house made of gingerbread’ where everyone but Robin picked gingerbread! We then talked about why we had our answers and what they meant to us.

There are a few different colored cards in Would You Rather – Family Edition, but these don’t seem to be different categories or anything like that. They seem to just be colored in a way that shows you how far you are in the deck and to add more color to the box. It’s a very cute design, super colorful and family friendly anyway, and feels good as a deck of cards that you might have when you are hanging out as a family and want to prompt some different discussions. I can see us playing this game during the holidays with our greater family as well. Knowing that all of the questions are family friendly also puts our minds at ease, as often these types of games have a few inappropriate questions in them. It’s a very cute, fun conversation starter.

It’s definitely close enough to a board game for a great family game night! I used to play that game all the time as a kid. That’s a great idea.

This is such a great conversation starter! My friends and I love getting together to chill, listen to music, and talk about anything and everything, so I can definitely see us using a set like this.

I also love that it’s family-friendly. It’s nice to have conversation prompts that are fun and meaningful without making anyone uncomfortable or bringing up inappropriate topics.

We’re always looking for fun family games and this one is most definitely fun!

However, even better, it is also small in size which is a bonus as so many games come in huge boxes that we struggle to find space to store in today’s small homes.
