[Ad – Gifted Products] Robin very much enjoys her Travel Yoto which goes along to all of her sleepovers with her and is often found charging in the front room after a week of listening to stories and music while winding down for bedtime. There are a bunch of different types of Yoto cards, including interactive ones, making this sort of screen-free device perfect for keeping children occupied during more quiet times! One of the newer Yoto cards is the PAW Patrol: Let’s Dino Do This! story card.
The PAW Patrol: Let’s Dino Do This! is an officially licensed story card that follows the story within The Dino Movie. There are eight different chapters, though the first is an introduction and the end is a credits, which are fully voice acted. This story features a bunch of the iconic characters from PAW Patrol, along with Rex the dino expert and Timmy the T. rex, following the story of them exploring an island filled with dinosaurs.
Rex, Timmy and the PAW Patrol are looking to repair the tags used to track dinosaur movement on Dino Island and save the day. The story feels very educational, teaching children all about different dinosaurs both famous and less known, along with more iconic dinosaurs. I feel that these story cards are perfect for bedtime, as they provide independence and allow children to wind down on their own. With summer nights being so bright for so long, having these no-screen activities that can be quite relaxing feel ideal. Robin keeps hers on her bedtime table, where she picks through stories and music at night, after she’s been sent to bed. There isn’t an interactive screen – just a small picture and a few dials, which means it’s not to distracting at bedtime.
