We have previously used a lot of spy kits on our blog, because being a spy is a phase every child seems to go through. As Kai has gotten older, he has become more interested int eh concept of spies. Being sneaky, spying, and solving some sort of mystery is something he quite enjoys. When he saw the SpyBots on TV, through advertisements, he was super interested in getting them!

After becoming a Spy Ninja with the New Recruits Mission Kit, Kai is pretty excited to try out more of these spy kits! So, when he got his hands on the Night Vision Mission Kit, which includes more spy equipment, he was pretty excited to check it out. Like the previous box, this box had a few activity books, a Spy Card, an award for becoming a spy, a decoder and a red card. The unique things within this box were all around Night Vision.

This branch of Si5 SpyMissions offered quite a few different age groups, as well as a family package that could accommodate all ages along with a guide. As we have children ages 5 to 11, we figured this guided family package was the best fit for our family, and went off!

Midweek Meal Inspo; Potato Bowls, Carbonara, Chicken Burgers and more.

This week, we brought back some summertime favorites and tired some new twists on old favorites too. We eat a lot of tacos and chicken burgers, but dived into two new ways to make them! We also had some time this week for both Amelia and Kai to help make dinner, as both of them asked, which is always a fun experience. Taking the time to teach your children to cook delicious food, especially at their age, is such an important task and one I find a lot of joy in doing!
