We have had Pretty Suds bath bomb boxes previously and they have always been a hit in our household. Pretty Suds is a UK-based small business where they hand craft each of the bath bombs, changing scents and themes often. They have a different new box featured each month, which then sticks around for a bit, before disappearing. This box was Pokemon themed. As we are all big fans of Pokemon Go and the Pokemon Series generally, we were pretty pumped to find some Pokemon bath bombs! All of these bath bombs were massive – none of them fit in our bath bomb jar – so just a bit of a warning, you could easily split them in half and use them in two baths.

My Decision to become a Step Parent
This week marks five years of being apart of Kai, Amelia and Robin’s life, which is just absolutely wild to me! When I was younger, I always imagined my family in a very specific way – but life is normally not so cut and dry. It’s been a wild five years, filled with so many memories, so much growing up, and a lot of learning on everyone’s part.
A Day Out to The McManus – Dundee’s Art Gallery and Museum

The Muddles – Cards Combining Creatures
[Ad- gifted product] Every other Monday we take the time to go to our local Geek Retreat and play a little card or board game as a family. Kai normally has DnD on this day, but we come a little early to get settled and get some milk shakes for everyone. This week, we played a very quick game called The Muddles. This card game is all about combining two different creatures to create a new, silly, wild creature that can be picked up from the table.
Exploring Calton Hill in Scotland
When I first landed in Edinburgh, on my first ever solo trip away, I saw a giant tower on a hill and wanted to go explore it. I only had around 24 hours in the city, and though it was a giant hill, I figured it would have been a good place to really see the city from above. There are plenty of places to stay in Edinburgh, but I was just around the corner from this specific landmark. This turned out to be Calton Hill, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and was actually the first park in Edinburgh, according to the signs.
