Autumn means pumpkin spice everything and after a few years of baking our own breads, I felt like pumpkin spiced bread would probably a fun thing to do this time of year. You see, read made with pumpkin is so moist, flavorful, and such a good time. I love having something that is crunchy on top of such soft, moist breads like this – so I made some pecan streusel to bake on top, but you can leave that out and just create the bread itself.
