She does love drawing, painting, sculpting and so much more, but with her we do find that everything needs to be more structured due to her age. Robin recently asked for a Wubble, as she told me it was much more than a ball, and something that is more like a bubble in texture, somehow. Though she is only seven and sometimes is not someone to completely trust, Robin was very right – the Wubble is much more than a ball.

[Ad- gifted products] With the weather becoming so lovely in England, we have been trying to get outdoors more! Walks, beach days, and riding bikes is such a seasonal thing, that you really do need to take advantage of the sunny weather as soon as it appears. Robin, Kai and Amelia are all really good about playing outside, but it’s always best to get a few new summer toys at the start of the season to really brighten up the idea of being out of the house and away from screens.

[Ad- gifted product] When I was a kid, I had a Bop-it that I carried around with me, whenever I went somewhere that I might need a bit of entertainment. We have had Bop-It’s at home, and our girls have really enjoyed the little hand-held gaming experience. When we heard about FliplSide, which is way less of an awkward shape, and sort of reminds me of Simon Says.
[Ad- gifted products] The springtime in the United Kingdom is a mix of sunny days and rainy days, seemingly at random. We are a big adventure family, so as soon as parks make sense to go too, we do spend a lot of time outdoors. With that said, whenever it rains, we do have times indoors. Robin, the most adventurous of us, is one that is hard to entertain when it comes to sticking inside. Unlike her older siblings, she isn’t one to sit in front of the Xbox or a computer for very long, so we tend to have a few toys on hand for her to play around with! Wicked Uncle has so many great options, sorted by age, but here are two toys we love to play with on rainy days!
