A Day Out at Enchanted Audrey End

Audley End House and Gardens is a really lovely English Heritage grounds, that we tend to visit whenever they do any of their seasonal events. This year, they had a light festival called Enchanted Audrey End. I had heard all about Audrey End light shows, but you do need to pre-book well ahead of time! So, this year we were prepared and we were able to get the whole family along for the fun trail!

A Day Out at Enlightened Hyland Park

This year, we wanted to take the children out to a light trail! There are quite a few large light trails that aren’t too far from us, but as the children really love going out to Hyland Park, we figured Enlightened at Hyland Estate, would make for an interesting one to visit. A Day Out at Larkins Farm for Christmas Trees

[Ad- gifted experience] Earlier, before all of the trees were ready, we got a chance to check out Larkins Farm and explore their Christmas Trees! Larkins Farm is a local Christmas tree farm, that has a variety of different Christmas trees waiting to be brought home for Christmas. A Day Out at Jump Giants Trampoline & Air Park

Ever since going out to Jump In, the children have been itching to explore more trampoline parks. There seem to be quite a few of them now that we’ve taken a look, but Jump Giants has something that other trampoline parks don’t have – an Air Park. This space is split up into two areas; the Trampoline Park and the Air Park, which require different socks, different tickets, and have different timers. There is a shared cafe area between the two, and you can book tickets for both, but we ended up going to each half on different days, to expand our adventure across two different weekends.

Wagamamas – Asian food inspired by Japan | Restaurant Review

You know when you are just craving ramen, and you just want to eat some right then and there. Normally, when Dann and I go to Wagamamas, we order a bunch of little bites and split them, as you might notice from most of the places we go, but this time we wanted to get some tasty, tasty ramen! We both got a couple of small items, different ramens and a dessert. Wagamamas is an interesting restaurant, as everything just comes when it’s ready, but the food is always lovely.
